PATH TO SUCCESS [14 REASONS YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL]

Don’t we all just want to be successful? We want to stop worrying about financial problems and be able to live our dream life. Well ladies and gentlemen, I am right with you! For me success means that I am happy, wealthy, and helping others live a better life.

If right now you are not where you want to be, but you know in your heart that you will be successful, then it will happen! Like Lewis Howes’s said in his latest podcast: 5 Steps to Your Greatest Year Ever, you need to have a vision and actively pursue your dreams.
You need to have your dreams in your heart, share them with others and be active towards making them happen.

So, I am here to tell you that you will be successful and here are some reasons why you will be.

ONE: YOU HANDLE YOUR FINANCES LIKE A BOSS

You know it is so important to have a budget, save your money, and make your money work for you. You actively pay off your debt because you know having debt is a liability and won’t help you have a positive net worth. Some people may cause it “cheap” you call it strategic. 

TWO: YOU KNOW THE WORTH OF WORKING HARD SO YOU’RE NOT EMBARRASSED WHEN PEOPLE CALL YOU AN “OVERACHIEVER”

I can’t follow those who get rich quickier or become a millionaire overnight because you miss out on the best part: working hard. You need to hustle in what you love to do and experience the sweat and tears so you can appreciate it when you do make it to the top. You should be motivated to work hard before you become wealthy because then you will be able to maintain your success. Our goal is retain success, not get rich quick and then lose it all.

I can’t tell you how much i used to get to be told i was an overachiever and occasionally i still do. It annoys me because working hard is not overachieving, but i have learned to embrace it. If being an “overachiever” makes me become successful then i am proudly an overachiever.

THREE: YOU EMBRACE LEARNING

Part of creating a successful business is learning what people need and then creating something that tends to their needs. You need to learn what that it is and then apply it to your business. There is always so much more to learn, and we are in the age where knowledge is literally at our fingertips. If we choose to be ignorant, then we hinder our chances of becoming successful or taking our businesses to the next level.

This year my goal is to read more and listen to latest news. I know i will be able to get better posts out to all of you because i have embraced the beauty of learning and educating myself.

FOUR: YOU KNOW HOW TO PUT YOURSELF FIRST, BUT STILL HAVE ROOM TO CARE ABOUT OTHERS

We can’t give to others or love other people, unless we love ourselves first. You know part of being successful is helping other people, so in order to hold up that bargain you have to take care of yourself. This means taking care of your health: drinking lots of water, getting enough sleep, and staying active. Also taking on a hobby that makes you happy, like yoga or mediation. Something that clears your mind and takes you away from your hectic business.

FIVE: YOU INSPIRE PEOPLE

Have you found that you are just doing your thing, working on your biz, and people start telling you that you inspire them.

Hey man, for me this is when i knew i had made it! I mean i didn’t really make it yet, but one of the main things i want to do is inspire other people, especially young people. I want to inspire other people in their 20s and 30s to be good in their best line and be able to go after their dreams with full force. I think this is such an important step even before you make loads of money or become “famous” because this means people are following you and you could possibly make a difference in their lives. Isn’t that one of the signs of success…helping others?

SIX: YOU HAVE BIG CRAZY LIFE GOALS BUT THEY are ACTUALLY NOT CRAZY AT ALL THE THEY are EPIC

So are journals packed with pages of goals, some odd and few “far-fetched?”  Well, I want tell you that they are not crazy, and the fact that you had the guts to write them down says something. You should be thinking BIG, so your dreams can be BIG. You should have a 5 year plan and a 10 year plan. It helps to have a vision of where we would like to be, so we can work actively every day to be there.

SEVEN: YOU HAVE DAILY TO DO’S AND YOU HAVE A VISION BOARD

It is about time I make a 2017 vision board, you might already have yours set. I liked waking up every morning and seeing my vision board starring back at me reminding me to live BIG.

In order to make our 5 year and 10 year plans become a reality (and yes they are subject to change) we need make smaller goals to get to that place. One way to hold ourselves accountable every day is to have to do lists. Which brings me to my next point…

EIGHT: YOU ARE AN ORGANIZATION of keeping records AND PLANNERS about LIFE it self

Things can get pretty hectic and overwhelming on this path to success, so you keep organized to maintain your sanity. Besides diary, to write out all your BIG thoughts and ideas, you have planners and to do lists. I have to write everything down or else I will forget it.

I like to write in my diary, but keep my records on to do lists and calendar on my computer.

NINE: YOU ARE FOCUSED AND SELF-DRIVEN

The reasons some people might call you an overachiever is because you are so focused. You have your eye on the prize, and you know what it takes to get there. There is a drive that is sparked inside of you, and you don’t need someone else to push you.

I see being self- motivated in line with being independent. What i have learned on this new entrepreneurial journey is knowing that it is okay to learn from others and you should be seeking knowledge from people who know more than you and are more successful than you. Allow them to inspire your journey and help you become even more focused.

TEN: YOU ALLOW REJECTION TO BE A NEW REDIRECTION

 Ability to have self-resilience and ability not to give up, basically, you don’t allow rejections to stop you on your path to success. You know better than to let a company or another person trip you up on what is meant for you.

ELEVEN: YOU’RE CHARISMATIC AND CHARMING

Part of the bargain besides creating an amazing biz is having good people skills. You want people to like you because they are more likely to buy into your business. While listening to the Making Oprah series they spoke about Oprah’s initial interview in Chicago when she was trying to get on A.M Chicago. Her friend recommended her to Dennis Swanson, who was not blown away by the tape he received. However, since she was highly recommended he let her come in for an interview. After her in person audition, he loved her!

So as much as sometimes we want to hide behind our computer screens, you have to be open and welcoming. Be Oprah! Haha, well not Oprah, who else can actually be Oprah?

TWELVE: YOU DON’T ALLOW PEOPLE TO SH*T ON YOUR HUSTLE

You understand why you are hustling and grinding so hard, so you don’t allow “haters” to mess you up. I don’t even like using the term hater, they’re just ignorant. And they don’t have their own hustle to mind. Anyway, there will always be people on the way who won’t understand why you are working so hard and thats okay. One day, you hope they find a passion in life to devote their time too as well. 

THIRTEEN: YOU ARE PASSIONATE

You genuinely LOVE what you do. It may drive you crazy at times, but you love it. You are driven to wake up every day and work on your biz because it brings you joy and happiness. I don’t think you can sustain a career, even if it is bring you tons of money, if you don’t love it. 

                         

FOURTEEN: YOU JUST KNOW YOU’RE GOING TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Finally, you have it in your MIND that you are going to be successful. You just know it!

Most of you reading this probably have no doubt in your mind you are going to become successful and I love that drive! But, if you are reading this and you don’t believe in yourself, yet you realized you have most of these qualities, then stop doubting yourself! Go into this year without any limits or doubts. You can be successful, better yet, you will be successful!
